About Me

I’m a Clinical Psychologist working across positive wellbeing, research, learning, and community-based mental health work. My clinical training is grounded in CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and I’m equally interested in how psychological ideas move beyond the therapy room and into everyday life.

My thinking is inspired by the work of Irvin Yalom, Carl Rogers, and Carl Jung, whose writing continues to influence how I understand meaning, relationship, and the inner worlds people bring into therapy and dialogue. Alongside clinical work, I’ve been involved in research, teaching support, and community initiatives, and I enjoy working in spaces where psychology feels lived rather than abstract.

Outside of formal roles, tea and art are recurring companions in my work and life. I’m drawn to how small, shared rituals and creative expression can open space for reflection, connection, and honest conversation.

This site brings together my work, reflections, and ongoing learning.
